A person known for bringing people together with his warmth, positive energy, and infectious spirit, Ersin’s life changed forever on July 11, the day he celebrated his 40th birthday aboard a boat in Berlin, Germany.

As he entered the water, he struck his head on the bottom, causing catastrophic injuries in a split second.
